They offer a fast set-up and provide peace of mind for in-process assembly/inspection operations. They let you automate repetitive and critical inspection tasks following a manual process or assembly.
The system can be set up as a stand-alone bench for manual loading or a fully enclosed machine dependent on the application requirements. Poka-Yoke tooling is commonly incorporated into the system to help workers be ‘the right first time, enhancing the quality and overall output of the process.
